In 2010, Bridge drilled 11 wells in Payette County. Of these, 7 have the potential to be producing gas wells. These would be the first commercial gas wells in the State of Idaho.
Three wells are capable of economic production rates
without further treatment.
Four wells need near-wellbore stimulation to flow at economic rates. Stimulation is a commonly used treatment to mitigate formation damage caused by drilling such as mud invasion and buildup. Stimulation allows the borehole to access the natural reservoir beyond the damaged zone to
allow the flow of natural gas.
