HOME and CORPORATE NEWS & OPERATIONS

Bridge Resources Corp. is an exploration and production company with focus on the UK North Sea and USA Onshore.

Bridge operates 100% interest in seven blocks and holds a 25% non-operated interest in three additional blocks in the North Sea. In aggregate, these ten blocks cover 843 gross and 579 square kilometres.

Bridge has drilled one 100% working interest well in the North Sea, Durango 48/21a-4Z, that was completed as a prolific Leman Sand producer, testing 43.5 mmcfgd and 1,380 bopd. First production commenced November 2008 and through June 2009 the well produced over 4.0 bcfg and 100,000 bo with an API of 61°.  Durango is a subsea completion tied back to Waveney Platform with transportation through the LAPS pipeline to the onshore Bacton Processing Terminal. Bridge hedged 4.8 bcfg at 50p/therm and the well has been shut-in since July 2009 to conserve reserves. Bridge plans to resume production late January 2010.

GLJ has assigned remaining Durango reserves of 23.16 bcfe.

Bridge has a second development project, Wherry, for which it is preparing a Field Development Plan. Bridge also has several exploration prospects in both the Southern Gas Area and the Central Oil Area. Bridge is in partnership discussions on 2010 drilling prospects.

Onshore USA, Bridge operates 100,000 acres in the Boise Basin of Idaho and Oregon with a 50% working interest. Bridge has received drilling permits for five wells.
